A Wizard of Earthsea - Beneath the Darkness
Illustration created during Cynthia Sheppard's mentorship.
I am a huge fan of Ursula K. Le Guin's Earthsea series and needed to create at least one piece of fan art - in this case, from the first book, A Wizard of Earthsea. I really like the character of Ged/Sparrowhawk and how he develops throughout the story.
I'd love to keep creating more illustrations and concepts in the future.
Do you see it?
I'd love to continue any of these, especially the ones involving Vetch and Farsee!
More thumbnails.
More rough thumbnails/refs. I'd also love to develop the concept, especially the feather-like cape.
